Goldwind Australia and TransGrid have signed a commercial agreement for the connection and construction of connection assets for Coppabella Wind Farm located in the Southern Tablelands of New South Wales, approximately 30 kilometres west of Yass.

The NSW Independent Planning Commission has approved with conditions, changes to the state planning approval for the Yass Valley (Coppabella) Wind Farm in the NSW Southern Tablelands.

Goldwind Australia has launched the Local Business Participation Program for Coppabella Wind Farm. The Program will be a key initiative to identify capability and capacity in the local community and maximise opportunities for local subcontractors and suppliers to participate in the project.

Coppabella Wind Farm has sponsored the purchasing of new iPads and notebook computers for Jugiong Public School. The sponsorship is part of the community benefit sharing strategy for the wind farm.
